Helen Frances (Luza) Milberger, 82, of Hearne, passed away on Thursday, July 26, 2012. Family will receive family and friends from 5 to 7 P.M. with a rosary recited at 6 P.M. Friday July 27, 2012 at Hillier Funeral Home in Bryan.
Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. Saturday, July 28, 2012 at Hillier Funeral Home. Interment will be held in Wheelock Cemetery at 4 P.M.
Helen was born May 12, 1920, to Vince and Cecilia (Matous) Luza, in Bryan, Texas. She married James B. Milberger in 1949 and was a devoted wife, a loving mother and centered her life around her family. Helen enjoyed spending time sewing, crossword puzzles and fishing. She’s a past volunteer for the American Red Cross.
Helen is survived by her loving husband of 63 years James B. Milberger of Hearne, two daughters, Linda Voiland and husband Gene of Bakersfield, CA, Debbi Hoehn and husband Dave of Sierra Vista, AZ, one son, James M. Milberger and wife Carla of Cypress Texas; seven grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and her granddog. Also surviving are her brother, Anton C. Luza of Bryan and sister, Tracy Horn of Fort Worth.
