HALLETTSVILLE, June 6.—Mrs. John Kunetka, 76, of Breslau, native of Czecho-Slovakia, died at her home and was buried at Moravia Thursday. She leaves her widower and four sons, Rudolph and John Jr. of Breslau, Adolph of Moravia, and Joe of Hallettsville.

Mary Kunetka, 1863-1940, was buried in Moravia Ascension Cemetery.

Kunetka, Marjorie (Cole)

1926-2012

Marjorie (Cole) Kunetka, 84, of Lancaster, Texas (formerly of Fayetteville, Texas), passed away on Wednesday, June 1, 2011, in Lancaster.

Marjorie was born in La Grange, Texas, on June 23, 1926, the daughter of the late Leslie and Delsie (Razor) Cole. She married Jerry Burney Kunetka on October 11, 1961 in West Point, Texas.

She is survived by four sons: Larry Eon and wife Pam of Red Oak, Texas; Roy Eon and wife Susie of Lancaster, Texas; George Eon and Suzanne of Campbellsville, KY; and Jerry Kunetka of Willow Springs, Texas; one brother: Clyde Cole of Pharr, Texas; six grandchildren: Crystal, Aaron, and Jonathan Eon; Stacy Miller; Rachael Parish; and Garrett Kunetka.

Marjorie was preceded in death by her parents, first husband, Moses Eon of 15 years and second husband, Jerry Kunetka of 37 years; brother Jasper (Buddy) Cole; and sister Betty Keeton.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, June 3, 2011, at Koenig & Strickland Zaskoda Chapel in Industry. The family will receive friends beginning at 5:00 p.m.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 4, 2011, at Industry Brethren Church in Industry with Pastor Milton Maly officiating. The Burial will follow at Byler Cemetery in West Point.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Industry Brethren Church, P.O. Box 73, Industry, TX 78944.
